Maybe you’ve felt an urge to slow down for a long time, perhaps you’ve often struggled with rest, or maybe you simply need the gift of time and somebody to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and release.
During this mini retreat you will learn tools and practices you can take into your daily life, to help you start bringing more rest into your everyday reality. You’ll unpack beliefs you hold around rest, and write yourself some new beliefs that serve you.
Led by Ellen Carr of The Good Space, a qualified yoga teacher and holistic coach, you’ll be in expert hands as you allow yourself this time to deeply rest, relax and restore.
You'll get a 2hour guided gentle and restorative yoga practice suitable for all levels, followed by a guided meditation to help you enter a deep state of rest. The Radical Rest e-book accompanying the physical practice offers you tools and journaling prompts to support you in reframing any negative beliefs about rest, and making it part of your everyday wellbeing practice.
